Yes. Gardening tools, fertiliser, compost bags, seedling pots and trays, or any basic essentials you may need. 3.2 What can I do about rubbish on my plot?

Take it home or to the Council’s recycling centre. You must not dump rubbish anywhere on site, including the boundaries of fields, parking areas and road.
