6.2 I’m giving up my plot. What do I need to do?

Please let the Committee member for Lettings know as soon as possible. Please arrange a time to meet and return your gate key, and to check that your plot is free of rubbish. You should remove all your belongings within an agreed time. You must return your keys to get your deposit back.
