Pitshanger Allotments AGM 2022


We had our AGM this year on Sunday 18 September. Some two dozen plotholders came along and we had a successful meeting. The Officers and Committee members were re-elected and two further plotholders have offered their help and have been co-opted onto the Committee. Rents for plots and raised beds and associate member fees were agreed to stay the same for a further year. The two resolutions put forward by Patrick McMahon were agreed and will be added to the rules in our constitution. There was some discussion about the existing compost toilet which we are finding difficult to maintain and we are looking into the possibility of installing a toilet connected to main drainage in the park. The minutes of the meeting have been posted on the noticeboard and circulated to tenants via email.

The meeting started at 7.30pm and finished at 8.45pm.
